So for my country I did Malaysia mostly be cause one of their main sports are basketball but it was also quite interesting to read about the facts. 

The name of the capital city is: Kuala lumpur

How many people live there: 1.689 Milion

In winter the average temperature is: 20%

In january the average temperature is: 28%

Whereabouts: It is located southeast asia and it shares the border with 

Thailand, singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.

The main languages are: Bahasa but some people speak English.

The finish of pet day

Hi guys and girls, 
I am going to blog about the rest of pet day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was so fun we did hobie horses after the veggie sculptures so I will tell you about that.
There were only four other people in my class that had a hobie horse there where Sam, Julia, Gracie and Chloe b and then there was me. I did not have such a great hobie horse that everyone stares at and goes WOOOOW, I had one that everybody stares at and laughs at. Because all I did was tie a dinosaur to a short stick and boom there it was my hobie dinosaur. 
After that we did sack races, jumping over hay bales, trying to push a giant tyre 10 metres, trying to keep a potato on a spoon while running, seed buckets, hobie horse racing and running partners.

Finally the moment we have all been waiting for THE PETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took one of my dogs her name is shady and she is so old she's like 13 years old and that's pretty old for a dog she's a big dog and for the obstacle course that she did she got a certificate and I think she did really well for an old dog. 

Wearable arts is done!

YAY!!!!!

Me and my friend Kade have finished our wearable arts FINALLY.
So I thought I should share it with you in one of my blog post's
and hopefully you will like the video but just telling you that it is a practice video so
it won't be very good and Kade is in the suit.(BTW)
So hopefully we can do something cool.

Pet day!!!!!!!

Hi guys and girls,
TODAY WAS PET DAY!!! it's only the morning and i'm having a great time we've just made our vegetable sculptures and I made an alien. The things I used were  a potato for the body a carrot for the arms and for the tail used a bit of onion I also used a bit of the carrot for fangs and then for the eyes I used brokoli.
IT WAS AWESOME!
For the rest of pet day we are doing hobie horse races and obstacle courses with our pet's it will be awesome and i'm only allowed to bring one of my animals and that is one of my dogs.

Tamatoa from attitude

Hi guys and girls,
On wednesday this guy called Tamatoa came and he was from attitude
and he was one of the coolest people I have ever met he was so funny! we all loved him and he told us about these questions who am I? am I normal? and he said no we are not normal nobody is normal.
Then he told us about the four animals people are compared to there is:
1.Golden retriever the caring kind person
2.Lion the leader that tells people what they are going to do in a group
3.Otter the crazy person that does stuff without thinking about it
4.Beaver the person that is smart and want's to get everything right the first time

Tamatoa told us about one of his friends that when they were my age it was the last day of school and all the principal said was to bring your togs. So everybody bought there togs and it turned out that the there were four fire trucks lined up with giant hoses and there were one fireman on each. Along with three teachers and they had to stay away from the hoses because they were super powerful. Then he said that his friend shawn ran away from the group and he thought this couldn't be good. Then he said his friend came from the side super close to the hose and he hit the first hose then boom he broke three ribs and his hole right part of his body was purple.

Hooked on books week

Hi guys and girls,
This week is hooked on books week and we have had three books but in this post i'm only going to talk about the book we got on monday(DAY 1) It is called Liar the author's name is Jack heath the book is so good you should get it that is if you can though or if you want to
I don't want to spoil anything so i'll write the blurb

Pollution changes things

Hi guys and girls,

We need to stop dumping rubbish we need to pick it up we need to be eco friendly and we need to inform the community about what is happening to our land.

Little kids are hurting themselves and guess what pollution is causing it is causing infected wounds punktures and even blindness.Also the poor animals in the ocean also on land but right now i'm focusing on the poor sea animals. WE NEED TO FIX OUR WAYS.

The sailing trip

Hi, guys and girls,
On friday 2/11/18
Me and my class went sailing it was aaaaawesome I was a shore man though
(shore man: someone that stays on shoe to help the boats when they come in or go out)
I loved being a shore man.

Friday 2/11/18 It was sailing day!

9.30am

A motorbike was coming to a stop my grandad's motorbike with me in the side-cart. We walked down to the lake I laid my bag down on the tarpaulin when I woke up I was nervous but now putting my bag down I was chill. I went to sit down with the other kids in my class.

After the instructors introduced themselves, One of them showed us how to put a boat together. Then we got in pairs(some of us had three people) and we had to collect the things we needed to put a boat together!.

Me and toby had my grandad and he is a pro sailer so were the first to finish setting up the sail boat. Then my grandad went to help another group. Once everybody had made up their boat we went over to a shaded spot about a two minute walk from all our stuff.

Two of the instructors had a motor boat each and they bought five boats over. One of them was the one me and Toby made and the first person to go in a sailboat was Zach, and he went in mine and Toby’s.

Most of the time I was a shore man and I helped bring the boats in and I would have to pull the rudder up and the center board. Then when someone went out I would have to push the rudder down and I would have to tell the person in the boat to push the centre board down.

I only had one go on one of them but I was fine with that because I liked helping as a shore man. One of the instructors were with me the whole time and then Mrs taylor and Mrs stratton where shore men on the other side of the part boats came in.

Once when Toby went out there where a few more people, and boom the hard wind crashed through the boats it was as strong as a ten foot monster. People still didn’t care though it just made them more happy because the more wind the faster they go!.

My recount workbook

Hi, my peoples of the world,
How has your term been going so far?
My class has been doing a recount workbook this term it is a pretty cool idea I think. (that's just my opinion it might not be yours) But its just the normal kind of writing thing but mixed up a bit with slides and some fun things. Like being able to write about random things that have happened to you or even personal stories. You could do any of those things instead of boring stuff like writing a recount about a daft book you read at home or at school. 

To me, it was an opportunity to do as much as I could and show the teachers how much of a TOTAL BOSS I am because I am a TOTAL BOSS(mostly just at video games and basketball).


Here's one of the stories I wrote😄: The best day of my life,

The best day of my life was when I turned nine

When I turned nine I was in the north island I got a basketball that had red blue green and yellow on it.

Two bone wagon model cars, a Kylo Ren figure, a packet of licorice balls. But I also got a tablet it was Samsung A6 tab.

Then we went to the beach for ages and had a swim a lifeboat came and saved three people it was pretty awesome the lifeboat nearly tipped over a few times on the way out to get the people that had gone through the rip

(the rip a strong pull in the water that drains people out far from shore)

Me and one of my brothers scorched a hole in the sand to collect water but when we were digging we found a spiral shell as big as my head it was massive!!!

We were digging and digging and then there were heaps more shells big ones too.

Then we went back to the hotel it was just across from the beach.

wearable arts

Hi guys and girls,
On Tuesday the year five and six kids did Wearable Arts for work because on Tuesdays the year seven and eights go to manual, I think it's like a place where you go and you make things with other schools I think it sounds pretty cool, So when I'm year seven and eight I think I will like it because the older kids like it.

So anyway the Wearable Arts is so fun we get to make our own costume out of recycled stuff, Me and my best mate Kade are nearly done but we don't have that much time to finish it. I think we are a bit ahead of most people though, We are making a robot costume and our base of our costume is a giant box that we trimmed the bottom of and then we made some armholes and some eye holes.

Kade and I have taken apart a keyboard and we are going to use a hot glue gun to stick the computer parts to our costume, We are also going to spray paint out costume silver.

Going to venom in the holidays

Hi, my friends,
In the holidays I went to the venom movie with my best bud kade
we had lollies and some water
the movie was awesome if you like venom and that kind of stuff I recommend you to go and see it.
It was the coolest movie ever and venom is a good guy if you watch the trailer you will think it will be good but it's only the best movie ever!!!!!!!.
There were really funny parts as well but it was only because venom was there he was the funny guy
and then the rest of the movie was action.

My novel study

Hello to the world, Term 4 YAY only One more term to go SURVIVE the work oh the work.
But we do need the knowledge and stuff and for some of you that like work then that's fine with me but most people don't like work so yeah.
But anyway I'm gonna talk about my work now, So my novel study the book I'm reading is quite good it's called James Howard Robert it's a book about a boy that loves adventure mystery but he's afraid of the ocean until he meets a baby sea lion stuck in plastic in a bay that would be called plastic bay if any adult found it that's what they would call it.
James frees the baby sea lion and carries it out to the water and overcomes his fear of the water.
